The lovely owners, Luis and Amy, of the cutting edge and welcoming Coffee and Water Lab in San Jose, California were rightfully profiled in the prestigious Barista Magazine.

Luis and Amy asked me to take their photo for the article. Understandably they wanted color photos. Luckily the generous person I made a barter deal with my beloved FujiFilm X-T2 kindly lent it back.
